ENGINE
Water in your motor? Seized pistons? Blown crankseals?
Whatever your PWC engine needs, we can get it back to spec!
What engine services do you offer?
-
Low compression? PWC not running like it did when it was new? We can help! Our top end overhauls are a case-by-case basis, but typically include hone/bore cylinders, install new pistons/rings/pins/circlips, replace top end bearings, replace gaskets.
-
We offer complete engine overhauls for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke PWC motors. All engine overhauls are a case-by-case basis, dependent on what the failure was, what the damage is, and what parts are salvageable as-is. Generally speaking, complete engine overhauls look something like the following:
2 Stroke
Replace/rebuild crankshaft, replace pistons/rings/circlips, replace top end bearings, hone/bore cylinders, surface cylinder head, replace gaskets and seals.
4 Stroke
Replace pistons and rings/circlips, hone/bore block, replace timing chain/guides/tensioner, replace crankshaft bearings, valve grind, replace valve seals, surface cylinder head/check for cracks, replace gaskets and seals
Engines are built to factory specifications using OEM parts (when available).

Did your PWC flip, and now it won’t start? Chances are, there is water in your engine and your motor is hydro-locked. We follow factory recommended procedures on removing water from your engine.
Attempting to remove the water yourself by removing the spark plugs and cranking the engine with the plugs out is NOT the proper way to rid the unwanted water in your engine. This can cause damage to internal parts, such as the reed pedals. It is highly recommended to have water removed from the engine by a professional to avoid further damage.
All top end/complete engine overhauls are ran on the hose for 1 hour for initial break-in, then water tested to verify engine performance. After the water test, we check compression to ensure proper repair.
All machine work is done in-house.
