  • Cylinder walls have damage? We can hone/bore no problem!

    All cylinders are typically honed to a plateau finish and require minimal break-in time.

    Hone - $50 per hole

    Bore - $90 per hole

    *FOR ALL HONES AND BORES, PLEASE PROVIDE PISTONS YOU WILL BE INSTALLING TO ENSURE PROPER MEASUREMENTS. PISTONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SPECIAL ORDER THROUGH US IF NEEDED*

    *PLEASE SPECIFY IF A CERTAIN CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED. OTHERWISE, WE USE FACTORY CLEARANCES FOR CAST PISTONS, AND OUR OWN SPECIAL CLEARANCES FOR FORGED PISTONS*

    *ALL 2-STROKE PORTS ARE CHAMFERED FOR MAXIMUM RING LIFE. PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU WOULD NOT LIKE YOUR PORTS CHAMFERED*

  • If your cylinder sleeve is broken, cracked, or simply out of spec for a replacement piston, we can remove and replace the damaged sleeve, then bore to size!

    Standard sleeve - $100 per

    Cast-In or Nikasil sleeve - $200 per

    *ALL SLEEVE INSTALLS REQUIRE A BORE AFTER SLEEVE INSTALL, ALONG WITH A CYLINDER SURFACE*

  • When re-assembling a top end, it is key to surface both the cylinder head and the cylinder deck to ensure proper gasket/o-ring sealing.

    In addition to surfacing, we offer milling if you’re looking to gain performance with more compression!

    2 stroke surface - $100

    4 stroke surface - $140

    Mill (Kawasaki 440 & 550 only - more coming soon) - $100

  • Broken bolts? Damaged threads? No problem! Using thread repair kits, we can get those threads better than new.

    If we are unable to remove the broken hardware, a stainless timesert is used.

  • Cylinder porting can offer many benefits to a PWC’s performance, such as improving airflow, power, and more!

    $200 per hole

  • Most effective on Kawasaki cases. We typically do finger porting and reed stuffing. This requires extensive epoxy and mill work.

    Twin cylinder $500

    Triple cylinder $750

  • All valves are finished under .0002” runout, exceeding industry standards for engine repair.

    All valve services include re-facing and cleaning.

    Stainless - $20 per valve

    Steel - $25 per valve

    +$5 per valve for 30 degree back cut

  • Crankshaft bearings shot? Out of phase? Rods bent? We can rebuild your crank in-house!

    Currently offering crankshaft rebuilds for twin cylinders ONLY
